• NYS HOPEline (OASAS) – Call: 1-877-8-HOPENY | Text: HOPENY (467369). New York State's 24/7 line for substance use and gambling concerns, with warm hand-offs to local treatment. 
• NAMI NYS Helpline – Call/Text: (518) 245-9160 (Mon-Fri, 8 AM–3 PM). Peer-led navigation for individuals and families managing the complexities of mental health recovery and system access.
• NYC 988 (Crisis Services) – Call: 988. The primary portal for New York City residents. Beyond counseling, this line can dispatch Mobile Crisis Teams for on-site intervention within the five boroughs. 
• Crisis Text Line – Text HOME to 741741. 24/7 text-based crisis support.
• National Domestic Violence Hotline – Call: 1-800-799-7233 | Text: START to 88788.
• Nassau County Behavioral Health Helpline – Call: 516-227-TALK (8255). Direct access to the Nassau County Mobile Crisis Team. Provides on-site professional intervention for Long Island residents experiencing acute psychiatric or interpersonal emergencies. 
• NYS Office of Mental Health Crisis Response – A directory of crisis stabilization centers and urgent mental health care across New York State. 
• Safe Horizon – New York City's victim services agency, with a 24/7 hotline, counseling, and legal support.
