TELEHEALTH SESSIONS

 Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform and are available to anyone in New York State, as a primary format or combined with in-person sessions. 

FEES & INSURANCE

Fees are determined by the specific clinical program, session length, and treatment modality. The practice operates as an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, a monthly statement will be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

 Under the federal No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or paying privately have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care begins. One is provided at the time of scheduling, and available on request at any point.  

CANCELLATION POLICY  

A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Appointments missed or canceled without 48 hours of advance notice will be billed at the full session rate. 

 Messages are answered within two business days, 

Monday through Friday. 

 If you need immediate help, call or text 988, go to the nearest emergency room, or call 911.
