TELEHEALTH SESSIONS

Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This format allows for continuity of care when in-person sessions are not possible.

FEES & INSURANCE

Fees are determined by the specific clinical program, session length, and treatment modality. The practice operates as an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, a monthly statement will be provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement. 

CANCELLATION POLICY  

A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Appointments missed or canceled without 48 hours of advance notice will be billed at the full session rate. 

 All messages will be responded to during office hours, Monday-Friday. 

If you are in need of immediate assistance, please contact your nearest ER or call 911.
